Maintaining a Maximum Quality Appearance
You can maintain your investment and the look of your new landscape with Leisure Landscapes’ maintenance services. Two services are provided: the Complete Care Plan for maintaining your lawn, trees and gardens and IrriGuard to maintain your irrigation system.
The Complete Care Plan
The Complete Care Plan includes 38 visits on a weekly basis during the growing season including lawn mowing, edging, blowing, fertilization, weed control; weeding the planting beds, pruning, applying fungicides and herbicides, removing fallen leaves in the Fall. For an additional charge, we’ll even plant seasonal flowers and apply mulch to your garden beds. The average fee is $180 per month, and varies from $100 per month to $300 per month depending on your property size.
The IrriGuard Protection Plan
IrriGuard protects your irrigation system from freezing temperatures by draining down your backflow preventer prior to Winter’s onset and restarting your system, adjusting the heads servicing your controller each Spring. In addition, in the third year of the Plan, we will retest and recertify the backflow preventer and in year five we will rebuild the unit and replace all the seals.
Landscape Maintenance Schedule
The Landscape Maintenance Schedule we agree upon will list the type of service, the number of services, the unit cost and a chart showing the scheduled frequency of care. Under the Separate Cost section are services you may wish to add as you need them and are billed separately. The routine Care Plan services are paid using billing coupons the first of each month following the month of service. Finally, under the NOTE section are the one-time items to that we should take care of first.
